STRETCH & SUPPORT PLAYERS

As the game is in motion, pulling one or two players out per team to give them a team challenge creates a valuable opportunity for players to share information during the game and on the run as  they collectively search for solve tactical solutions to their challenges.

TAKING THE GAME TO A NEW LEVEL

Create a situation where players need to plan ahead of time with preselected challenges for certain areas of the field to promote a certain outcome, these could be a team or individual challenge depending on who you want stretch and support.

Who are you giving information to? Why? When? How? 

CAPTURE LEARNING EXPERIENCES

Putting a question into the playing group before an element of a session of before a game to influence the behaviour of players and impact the quality of response to that question after. This would begin to support players in building links and connectivity between their in-game actions and decisions.

When we ask questions our minds begin to dive into our library of experiences and knowledge, even more so when we ask questions that people will enjoy answering.
