DECISION MAKERS

Challenge one team to identify their opposing teams' MatchPlay Card challenge before wrapping the experience together at the end with a joint team reflection or with peer to peer conversations.

Begin to use MatchPlay Cards as a tool to support your observation skills. Who needs support to get in the game and who needs stretch to be challenge more?

TAKING THE GAME TO A NEW LEVEL

Create a situation where players need to plan ahead of time with preselected challenges for certain areas of the field to promote a certain outcome, these could be a team or individual challenge depending on who you want stretch and support.

Who are you giving information to? Why? When? How?

CAPTURE LEARNING EXPERIENCES

Putting a question into the playing group before an element of a session of before a game to influence the behaviour of players and impact the quality of response to that question after. This would begin to support players in building links and connectivity between their in-game actions and decisions.

When we ask questions our minds begin to dive into our library of experiences and knowledge, even more so when we ask questions that people will enjoy answering.
